Total Days: 88
Total Loss: 24.5lbs
Average Weight: 165.52lbs
Average Loss Per Week: 2lbs
Total Calories In: 137,325
Total Calories Out: 15,737
Average Calories In: 1,561
Average Calories Out: 179
Average Net Calories: 1,382

Maintenance: 2,535 calories/day

So, after March, down another 6lbs. Not bad, considering there was a spell there where I was holding steady or even moving up. I was eating probably a bit more than I should, but after 8 or 10 weeks, once the weekend comes around, it gets hard to hold back and not just eat a big roast or something.

Anyway, as of today I’ve got about 5.5lbs left. Attempting to do the gym 3 mornings a week to just power through this last little bit.

March 30, 2009 – I was 135 this morning and all my weight is belly fat. I want a flat stomach again!

August 26, 2009 – I need to lose weight because this weekend I’ll be gone for four days without anything healthy around, which means weight gain. This way when I gain weight I will still be okay.

February 20, 2009 – 128.8 this morning; I started at 206 pounds. I guess the carbonated drinks were bloating me. I cut back on the Diet Coke and drank more Crystal Light.

This was downright yummy. They had a great crunchy salad with baked chicken what was rolled in Panko crumbs. Very filling and low calorie, of course healthy. This was at Hilton Head weight loss spa

Day 143/366 – my NutriSystem weight loss bears

April 10, 2008 – I didn’t lose all the weight on NutriSystem (I lost most of the weight on Atkins), but I wanted bears to represent ALL my weight loss, no matter which diet. I still have two more bears waiting for me in my closet – the 70 lb. bear and the goal bear.
