I want to do a natural body detox, preferably the lemon, chili powder and maple syrup detox….I’m always tired and getting sick so maybe if I try this it will help my immune system and energy level go up. Does anyone know of any other natural detoxes?

um detox’s dont do ANYTHING ok if you have a bad immune system eat more VITAMIN C THIS HELPS YOU FIGHT DISEASES AND SICKNESSES AND BOOSTS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM if your tired alot you can drink coffee or energy drinks or just take some sugar or carbohydrates ANY GOOD DRINKS JUST TRY EM ALL IF YOU LIKE IT OR NOT exercising will stop making you tired also

I have been using a product called “Colonix” for about a month now and I am in the stage where you stop taking the capsules and tea, and only take the fiber. I have had such bad cramps and constipation, that I have not been able to eat much the past few days. Has anyone ever experienced this before, and is there any suggestions for how to eliminate these symptoms?

the fiber is a product called cellulose, as it degrades in your bowels it causes the gas, the cramping and the constipation because you are not drinking enough water to flush it thru. When you take a fiber supplement like that, you need to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water every day, possibly more if you are not active.
