If the cleansing program doesn’t recommend a specific dose (which I would assume it doesn’t), then the general maintenance dose is commonly around 2-4 billion CFUs, so 2 of those a day (either both at once or one twice a day) would be within that range. If you feel you need extra support, you could take 3 a day, but it depends on your needs. Probiotics are perfectly safe to take even as high as 60-70 billion viable organisms, so a few extra pills wouldn’t hurt. However, the more you have, the more likely your body would excrete the excess (which commonly would cause diarrhea). Although loose stools are normal for a day or two when taking a new probiotic, so don’t think that loose stools are a bad thing necessarily. Good luck and I hope I helped!
