Colon Cleanse Reviews

Over the last few months we have reviewed a dozen of different colon cleansing products: from Almighty Cleanse and Blessed Herbs to Colon Flow and Total Cleanse. You can find all kinds of reviews online, but based on a very careful evaluation of all con’s and pro’s we feel that most of those reviews are fake. Some of the products we analyzed (like Cleanse Smart and Colonix) seem to work well but are very inconvenient to use as they give diarrhea, bloating and headaches; others (like Bowtrol and Pure Colon 1000) were not very effective in terms of weight loss.

Basically, we found three products that meet all criteria for gentle yet effective cleansing. They are also the top 3 colon cleansing products of 2009 as voted by user submissions. All three come with Free Trial offers, so you could always try them out risk free.  And we’ve combined the results of our review in a short table below:

You can safely try either one or all of these products. Just make sure you mark your calendar to know exactly  when the next batch of products will be shipped to you. It is critical that you only continue using the product that works better for you, and cancel your orders for the rest of them. Otherwise you will keep paying and spending your money on something you don’t like.

Good luck, and stay healthy!

The Truth About Abs

If you are looking to lose weight and acquire athletic figure, in addition to taking colon cleansing supplements you need to exercise.  It is never a bad idea to exercise, but it becomes extremely important when you want to get rid of "the love handles", get lean, obtain flat six pack abs and reduce body fat all together.

There are a number of theories behind different nutritional and training strategies to achieve this. However, the best we found is described in a book by Michael D. Geary entitled "The Truth About Six Pack Abs".  It comes complete with exercises you can do at home as they require no sophisticated equipment (and pictures showing how to do them correctly), meal plans, and important nutritional information. You can get it here:
