In the past, I’ve been asked about the “secrets’ to medifast success. People often want to know why one person can lose enough weight to drastically change their appearance while another will only have so / so results. Obviously, I can’t possibly know each person who is thrilled with their results, but I have spent a lot of time on weight loss forums, I’ve read tons of medifast blogs, and I have the advantage of my own experience. I’ve learned from all of this that the people with the best results share some of the same attributes,characteristics and attitudes. Of course, not everything is the same, but some important variables often are. In the following article, I will discuss the things that a lot of these folks share in the hopes that something here will inspire and help you.
The Zone Diet: This is a diet that has become quite popular in recent years. It is certainly one of the diets that work and it’s also relatively easy to get the proverbial hang of. Basically, The Zone Diet seeks to deliver healthy food to the body’s system. If it is not good for you, you won’t eat it in the Zone Diet. You Don’t Have To Embrace A New And Healthy Lifestyle, But You Should Be Receptive When It Begins To Call Your Name: The thing about medifast is that it’s sneaky. It eventually becomes a habit even if you never expected or intended for it to be. Frankly, when I try to eat my beloved Frostie treat today, it tastes entirely too sweet. It’s no longer appealing to me. And, I’m so excited to be wearing cute clothes now that the thought of doing anything to make me take a few steps backward seem really distasteful.
I didn’t always have this attitude. It was very gradual. And, I had little labels for myself that were very sabotaging.
